The Great Northern Expedition

Thank you for your interest in our Third Annual Charity event, The Great Northern Expedition. This event is an endurance snowmobile ride where riders will have the option to complete a 400km, 600km, 800km or 1000km ride in Northern Ontario while hitting checkpoints along the way.

This event is not a race but puts rider and machine to the test in a safe, high mileage ride that will challenge any rider. Navigation skills and a test of one’s endurance makes this a unique event like no other. Our charity of choice is the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for door prizes. There will also be a Virtual Silent Auction for additional prizes from our Sponsors to raise money for a great cause. Prizes donated by Bergstrom Skegs, Choko Design, C&A Pro Skis, Tangle Creek Golf & Country Club, DT Powersports, Polaris and Best Western Swan Castle Inn. 

The starting and finishing location of the ride will take place adjacent to the Best Western Swan Castle Inn on Commando Lake the morning of March 5th, 2022. Book early as the hotels will fill up fast!!
