By clicking the “agree box” for consideration of participating in The Great Northern Expedition Snowmobile Endurance ride taking place on March 5th, 2022 hereby release Canuck Powersports and their affiliates from any, and all liabilities that may occur from injury or loss during this activity.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read or otherwise received all rules, warnings, and restrictions related to The Great Northern Expedition.

I hereby certify that I understand the above risks associated with this activity and agree that Canuck Powersports shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses sustained by me during The Great Northern Expedition.

Additionally, I agree to be held solely responsible if my negligence, willful misconduct, or disregard for the rules of The Great Northern Expedition leads to damage to others or to Canuck Powersports or personal property.

Any legal manners arising from this release of liability shall take place in the Province of Ontario as agreed.
